How does the booking of a booth work?
There are two ways to contact one of our exhibition experts. One way is to select a trade fair stand design on our website www.nexpo.de and use the contact form to arrange a Google Meet appointment. There, our expert will fill out a briefing form with you and create an individual offer for you. Within 15 minutes you have a transparent offer and all details digitally documented.
Is the first consultation free?
Of course, the first consultation is completely 100% free of charge and completely non-binding.
What are the advantages of the nexpo software?
The customer has the possibility to look up all documents as well as offers, contracts and development steps of the projects via the customer portal in a very uncomplicated way and has 24/7 access to them.
Do I have a personal contact for the entire duration?
Yes, you have a contact person during the planning phase who will accompany you until the stand has been successfully dismantled. If you wish, a project manager will even accompany you on site during the set-up phase and during the trade fair.
How will you support me during the fair?
You can use the customer portal to book and view all orders inside and outside the trade fair. As well as ordering additional services such as catering or other services.
What happens to my rented stand after the trade fair?
You don’t have to worry about anything. We deliver the stand turnkey and dismantle the stand.
